Option 1 from Nashville:
(Be sure to check out the video footage of these rides at the bottom of this page!)
From Exit 24 on Briley Parkway, follow Highway 12 north for 29 miles.(If you need gas, be sure to stop at the biker friendly Lewis Country Store located about 2.7 miles from Briley Parkway.) This is one of the most beautiful stretches of road around. There are only 2 stoplights along the entire route. The route is mostly a 55mph two lane blacktop road in great condition. Its filled with sweeping turns, towering cliffs, overhanging trees and plenty of scenic views. At the end lies a pot of gold. Well....cold beer, good food and friendly goodlooking bartenders...which is as good as gold to us! Looking for a more technical route from Nashville? Try out the Brewhouse West starting point found at the bottom of this page.

Option 2 from Nashville:
Starting at Brewhouse West on Charlotte Pike in Nashville, turn north onto River Road. Follow River road north for 16.4 miles until it intersects 249. Turn right onto 249 and go over the bridge into Ashland City. (If you get thirsty along the way, be sure to stop into The V located at the intersection of 251 and 249) At the stoplight, take a left onto highway 12 and follow it north. At around 15 miles, start slowing down because our location will sneak up on ya. We will be on the left hand side at the top of the hill, just after the passing lane ends. Again, this route is filled with technical turns and beautiful views.
